Delicious and healthy red fruit bowl recipe!

Long time no see...., I have been a little abscent for a while because of a few reasons. I don't want to get in it to much but I was just really busy with my internship, school, work and some other personal things. That's why I didn't have much time and inspiration. Because my internship is over now I have a lot more time on my hands which I am planning to use for my blog and Instagram.

So with that said, I wanted to share with you the recipe for this delicious smoothie kinda bowl that I made the other day. I got a lot of questions about it so that's why I thought I would share it with you all in a blogpost.

To make the red fruit flavored bowl you will need:
- a mix of frozen red fruit like strawberry's, berries etc.
- one banana
- a cup of yoghurt (you can decide on your own how much yoghurt you want to use)

Now you just have to blend everything in a blender. You just put your fruits in the blender and at some yoghurt. You can decide on your own how much yoghurt you want to use. With a little yoghurt you make the mix thicker and with a lot of yoghurt you make it a little bit more watery. It all depends on how you like it!
When you are done with mixing you put it in a bowl and you can top it of with whatever you like. I used strawberry's, banana slices, raisins and muesli.
